Media & Use Requirements

Required Media

To qualify for a Zillow Showcase listing, enhanced, high-quality media is required:

  • Professional, high-resolution photography

  • Zillow 3D Home interactive virtual tour

  • Zillow Interactive Floor Plan (required for Showcase eligibility)

  • Optional: video or other premium visuals

How media is created:

  • Media can be ordered through Zillow Media Experts, or produced by an approved independent photographer (must meet Zillow’s technical standards and be submitted/verified)

 
 

Showcase Credits & Costs

  • Subscription: Hawai‘i Life holds the Zillow Showcase subscription.

  • Credits: Agents request and purchase Showcase credits through Hawai‘i Life.
    Each Showcase listing uses one credit.

  • Media Costs: Media creation (photos, 3D tour, floor plan, video) is not included in the Showcase program and is paid for and provided separately by the agent.

 
 

Service Standards

  • Responsiveness: Zillow tracks responsiveness to inquiries on Showcase listings and may factor this into performance metrics.

  • Accuracy: All listing details—including pricing, property information, and media—must be accurate and kept current.
