  2. Navigate to Marketing Center / Market Reports

  3. Choose your report format (Emailer, Print PDF, Social, Video)

  4. Choose the Standard or Luxury Market Add-On template

  5. Select a listing to feature from the listing prompt (email only)

  6. Customize your featured listing and submarket snapshot

  7. Send or share to your SOI when ready
