Direct mail postcards are a cost-effective and proven real estate marketing tool, helping you find new clients and maintain contact with existing ones. Hawaii Life offers professional design services in partnership with a local printer/distributor.
Pricing
Postcards come in two sizes, Standard size 6x4.25 or Large size 9x6 and are printed on 130# cover stock with UV coating to protect from mailing damage. Price breaks occur after a quantity of 500 units. All postcards include First Class Mailing. Foreign addresses incur a $15.00 service charge, and additional shipping charge per postcard. Print minimum of 100 postcards. Due to ever changing postal fees please contact us for most current pricing.

Use Concise, Factual Headlines & Copy
Examples: “Hawaii Life is getting results in Mauna Lani,” “We sold the highest priced Kohala Ranch estate this year,” “Another happy client buys the Kolea (Hawaii) Life,” “Hawaii Life is connecting buyers and sellers in Princeville.,” etc.
Due to the small size of postcards, we recommend keeping body text to less than 550 characters (400 if you are including an image). Reference the samples below to browse examples of copy.
