Details on the HL Video Channel
Want to get featured? Your video has to meet the criteria below:
Video quality must be High Definition. i.e. 4K, 1080p, 720p. (4k or 1080p preferred)
Photo slideshows not accepted.
Must have licensed music and have a professional look to them (see HL Video Channel for examples).
Video must be horizontal, not vertical
Videos can be a Property or Lifestyle video.
How to submit your video:
Send download links (Dropbox, Google Drive, Etc) of the video to order using them form above with the subject “Video Channel Feature Request”.
Include a link to the Hawaii Life listing page.
YouTube or website links are not accepted as they cannot be downloaded.
All videos submitted will not be highlighted on the Video Channel. As always, we are happy to discuss the reasons it was not accepted and work with you from there.
Details on Social Media Videos
Types of videos accepted:
Video quality must be High Definition. i.e. 4K, 1080p, 720p. (4k or 1080p preferred)
Videos can be of anything related to your lifestyle or your business.
Videos should be horizontal if possible. Vertical will be accepted on case by case basis.
How to submit your video:
Send download links (Dropbox, Google Drive, Etc) of the video with a link to the listing page to create@hawaiilife.com with the subject line "HL Social Media Video Submission".
YouTube or website links are not accepted as they cannot be downloaded.
Include your Facebook, IG, and/or Twitter account name so we can tag you.
Links to a video post from your Facebook Page are also accepted.
