Blogs are the easiest way to get increased page views!
- Publish at least 3 blogs for each listing.
- Carefully review any blogs where you had AI help to make sure they are factual and authentic to you
- Write a “Neighborhood” blog including conveniences & amenities.
- Write a “Lifestyle” blog about nearby beaches, hikes, watersports, outdoor & leisure activities.
- Write a “Listing” blog without the constraints of the MLS character count.
- Write a “Market” blog about area real estate market, including current inventory (surplus or scarcity), recent listing and selling prices, and why your listing is an attractive offering.
- Write an “Open House” or “Broker’s Open” blog to announce your events.
- Write a "New Listing” blog” blog with additional features or area details not currently in your listing copy.
- Write a “Listicle” style blog highlighting the top selling points of your listing
- Write a “Roundup blog” of all of your current listings.
- Write a “Roundup blog” featuring your listing and other similar listings, You will need to have written permission from both the listing agent and the photographer before posting.
- For maximum impact, link your blogs to each other.
- Optimize your photos by naming them with your listing’s address, and adding alt text.

- Create a social media campaign for each listing. Templates are in the hub!
- Always hashtag #HawaiiLife to get published on the Hawaii Life network.
- Create a “Just Listed” Post in the Hub. Yse #JustListed when posting.
- Create an “Open House” post in the Hub. Tag other agents sitting or visiting the Open House in your post.
- Create posts to promote your blogs, new and old
- Create a post promoting the Market Report. Add your insights about why it’s important to your followers or potential clients.
